Thai Chicken Slaw

I wanted a quick, light dinner tonight, so I made this recipe from Wives with Knives that I had saved in my recipe folder. It was very refreshing and yummy. The only thing I might suggest is upping the lime juice a bit, and decreasing the soy a tad...the dressing was a touch too salty for my taste. Now I have room for a little treat with my evening tea!
